HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days and shipping usually takes 1 - 3 weeks depending on where you live and your local postal service. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks, please contact our support team at michael@snapbranch.com

If you entered your shipping information incorrectly then these estimates may not apply. 

Will I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

As soon as the order is sent, we will email you the tracking number. If you have not recieved your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order you may contact our support team to find out whats happened. 

WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You must email us as soon as possible. We may be able to fix it in some circumstances. However, our items are usually processed and shipped within a day or two of you placing the order. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

If you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address it is your responsibility. We automatically process orders using the information that you provide.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you contact us immediately and request a cancellation and the product has not yet been processed we can cancel it for you and provide a refund. However, there is a 15% fee on the order. So please make sure you want the item before ordering. Once shipped in some circumstances we will refund you. 

Invalid Reasons:

  1. You no longer want the item. Please make sure that you actually want to buy it before placing the order. 
  2. You found a better product or deal somewhere else. Again, please ensure you want to make the purchase before buying.
