How long will it take?

How much will it cost?
Free tracked international shipping. No hidden fees or complicated prices. 

What if there's an issue with shipping?

All orders are shipped using premium, secure international post. In the highly unlikely event that the order does not arrive, is damaged or faulty on arrival, we will reship the product or provide a full refund. All you need to do is contact us via our contact us page and let us know.

Will there be customs tax?
We've purposefully designed our services so there will not be any additional charges or taxes. However, in some rare cases you may have to pay tax depending on your country. 

Other shipping information

- If you purchase multiple items they may be sent individually for tax and customs purposes. 
- We use a variety of suppliers for our products and they are often made to order. Therefore, we send them directly from the factory. We have manufacturing facilities around the world including several countries in Asia and Europe.

Refunds & Returns

We guarantee that you'll love our Snapbranch products or you get a full refund. We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked. You just need to ship the product to our address below. 
- You must include proof of purchase

In the case that it the product is the wrong size, damaged or anything else, if you send it back to us and we'll gladly send you the item or another of the same price.
